Requirements
- •Expertise in pathogen detection assays, molecular diagnostics, immunoassays, culture-based methods, biosafety protocols, assay validation, and clinical microbiology
- •PhD in microbiology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or a closely related life-science field is ideal
- •Peer-reviewed publications
- •Hands-on experience with pathogen assay development or diagnostics
- •Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, or ISO standards
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Challenge advanced language models on pathogen detection assays and related topics
- •Document failure modes to improve model reasoning
- •Converse with the model on real-world lab scenarios and theoretical assay design questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and workflow logic
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
