Requirements
- •Fluency in French
- •Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field (ideal)
- •Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD (preferred)
- •Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments
- •Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Shape the future of AI by providing expertise in human resources
- •Challenge advanced language models on HR topics such as compliance, workplace investigations, onboarding, DEI initiatives, training and development, and cross-border HR policies
- •Document failure modes to improve model reasoning
- •Converse with the AI model in English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of the AI model's responses
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
