Requirements
- •Expertise in organic/inorganic chemistry including reaction mechanisms, coordination chemistry, stereoselective synthesis, catalysis, main group chemistry, ligand design, redox chemistry, crystal field theory, and spectroscopy
- •PhD in chemistry or a closely related physical science field is ideal
- •Experience with peer-reviewed publications, laboratory synthesis and analysis, or applied chemical design projects
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Converse with AI models on chemical synthesis strategies and theoretical chemistry questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of AI model outputs
- •Capture reproducible error traces in AI model reasoning
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
