Requirements
- •Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new platforms quickly
- •Detail-oriented communication skills to uncover merchant needs and articulate digital solutions
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- •Comfort with data-driven decision-making
What You'll Do
- •Guide merchants through full setup sessions for Online Ordering implementations
- •Test ordering links and integrate them into current websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering
- •Assist merchants in building new websites or customizing existing pages to reflect their visual identity
- •Process complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus
- •Resolve technical barriers to ensure all ordering links are fully functional
Nice to Have
- •Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- •Experience with restaurant POS systems, especially Toast
- •Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website customization
- •Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding
