Requirements
- •Expertise in Norwegian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
- •Master’s or PhD in Norwegian language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
- •Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are a plus
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Challenge advanced language models on Norwegian language topics such as verb conjugation, noun inflection, sentence structure, Bokmål and Nynorsk distinctions, regional dialects, formal and informal registers, and nuances of the Norwegian writing system
- •Document every failure mode to improve model reasoning
- •Converse with the model on language scenarios
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
