Requirements
- •Fluency in French
- •Deep knowledge of insurance practices and regulations in French-speaking regions
- •Master’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, actuarial science, or a closely related field (ideal)
- •Professional certifications such as CPCU or AIC (preferred)
- •Hands-on experience in the insurance industry
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Shape the future of AI in insurance by providing expertise for training data
- •Challenge advanced language models on insurance topics such as underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, risk management, fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication
- •Converse with AI models in English and French on real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and industry logic of AI model responses
- •Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
