Requirements
- •Experience trading with actual positions and knowledge of trading concepts such as funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency.
- •3+ years managing community or social media for products with technical and skeptical audiences, such as crypto, fintech, gaming, or developer tools.
- •Strong writing skills for both short-form and long-form content that withstands scrutiny.
- •Ability to handle criticism and de-escalate conflicts in a public community setting.
- •Experience building a community from scratch rather than just maintaining existing accounts.
- •Ability to operate independently without needing approval chains, understanding boundaries.
- •Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-changing company environment.
What You'll Do
- •Participate actively in community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and group chats.
- •Respond quickly and accurately to market events and updates.
- •Establish and manage an ambassador and power-user program for key traders and market participants.
- •Organize and lead public community events like AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, and post-mortems.
- •Communicate community feedback and issues to the Product Management team and relay responses back to the community.
- •Create engaging written content including threads on microstructure, feature teardowns, and release notes.
- •Measure and report on community impact through metrics like sentiment, share of voice, signups, and retention.
