Requirements
- •Experience as both a product designer and product manager or in a hybrid PM/design role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- •Ability to write great user stories and communicate designs clearly to developers
- •Experience prioritizing work with a bigger goal in mind and building a roadmap
- •Experience working with a design system to maintain coherent experience
- •Extreme attention to detail
- •Get-it-done attitude and ability to find solutions and stay motivated
- •Comfortable with fast pace and constant change in a growing company
- •Aspiration to be great and not settle for mediocrity
- •Interest in the creator economy and alignment with company values
- •Fluency in English
What You'll Do
- •Own the payments experience for brands and creators, including free products, one-time payments, and affiliate commissions
- •Work on prototypes and concepts for future iterations, design them, collect feedback and prepare requirements for engineering
- •Run development cycles including prepping user stories, explaining them to engineers, doing QA, giving and receiving feedback, and deciding when the product is ready for customers
- •Engage with customers to understand their pains and needs around payments and affiliate programs
- •Keep the company updated on roadmap, releases, and sprint plans
- •Work closely with product marketing to ensure product stands out and customers understand new features
- •Track impact using customer feedback and north star metrics
- •Onboard with product and Creator teams, participate in customer calls, and join sprint planning with engineering team
Nice to Have
- •UX work on affiliate, marketplace or payments products
- •Strong instincts in research or analytics
- •Experience with tools like Figma, Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Fullstory
