Requirements
- •2+ years in Technical Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing role
- •Experience working with APIs or data products, or background in technical, product management or product owner role
- •Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and data flows
- •Ability to lead customers by asking good questions and understanding real problems
- •Ownership mentality to simplify and drive outcomes when situations get messy
- •Clear and concise communication skills
- •Commercially minded to find ways for customers to get more value and grow
- •Proactive, organized, and comfortable working without a perfect playbook
- •Strong written and spoken English
What You'll Do
- •Manage a portfolio of customers using APIs, focusing on Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- •Build success plans with goals, priorities, and next steps
- •Run regular customer calls and proactively keep things moving
- •Understand customer projects and help them use the right data and endpoints
- •Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them
- •Identify risks early and create mitigation plans
- •Find new ways to help customers grow
- •Own expansion from opportunity spotting to closing upgrades
- •Manage renewals and keep accounts organized
- •Onboard new customers with clear integration plans and milestones
- •Help customers make technical decisions and remove blockers
- •Drive customer outcomes and collaborate across teams including Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Marketing
Nice to Have
- •Experience with creator data or creator marketing
- •Experience owning renewals and expansion
- •Some coding or data experience such as reading code, writing small scripts or SQL
