Requirements
- •Built and operated production systems that real users depend on
- •Backend experience designing, building, and debugging production services, APIs, data models, async work, and integrations

- •Ability to learn frontend patterns, infrastructure, product domains, or AI-assisted workflows
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and can create clarity for self and others

What You'll Do
- •Turn customer pain into product decisions
- •Own work from problem to production
- •Work across the stack and make tradeoffs clearly
- •Raise the quality of decisions around you
- •Work closely with product and engineers to turn messy customer problems into simple, useful product experiences
- •Work on creator search, CRM, campaigns, or creator affiliate management depending on the team
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Vue, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, MongoDB, or ClickHouse
- •Experience on technically deep product surfaces such as complex workflows, integrations, data-heavy systems, automation, or customer-facing infrastructure
- •Used AI/LLM tools to prototype faster, debug better, or improve work quality
- •Experience in the creator economy, marketplaces, e-commerce, or marketing tools
