Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from kicking off a search and mapping the market through to assessment, offer and close
- •Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand their teams, define what great looks like and build hiring strategies that work
- •Find exceptional technical talent in competitive markets through proactive sourcing, talent mapping and creative search strategies
- •Bring data and market insight into hiring conversations, spotting where searches are getting stuck and changing the approach when something isn’t working
- •Use AI across sourcing, screening, research, market mapping and reporting, constantly looking for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of your work
- •Make hiring at MoonPay better by sharing what works, challenging what doesn’t, and contributing to improvements across processes, tooling and ways of working
