Requirements
- •Proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale.
- •Hands-on experience with knowledge or context systems.
- •Comfortable configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, including APIs and integrations.
- •Track record of training non-technical stakeholders to maintain high-quality content.
- •Experience partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access and compliance requirements.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What You'll Do
- •Design the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates for company knowledge.
- •Establish standards to make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without duplication.
- •Evolve knowledge standards as company functions and use cases grow.
- •Onboard teams and train champions to maintain knowledge.
- •Provide guidance and support to non-technical contributors.
- •Partner with AI Enablement Lead to scale knowledge practices.
- •Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources like Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion.
- •Own day-to-day platform configuration and troubleshooting, escalating engineering issues as needed.
- •Collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal on access and compliance requirements.
- •Maintain content structures, guidelines, and knowledge freshness.
- •Ensure the company brain is a trusted source of context.
- •Provide product feedback to the context platform vendor and anticipate future needs.
Nice to Have
- •Familiarity with Qontext.ai or comparable agent-context platforms.
- •Experience with or understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- •Background in knowledge management, metadata, or data governance.
