Requirements
- •Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities
- •Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives
- •A track record of developing and implementing effective processes
- •A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts
- •Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or in a related subject or equivalent practical experience
- •Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- •Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks
- •Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge
- •Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written
- •Comfortable using AI tools as a productivity lever, and genuinely curious about how emerging technology can streamline processes and improve output quality
What You'll Do
- •Working with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities
- •Driving improvements and optimisations across Product, Compliance, Customer Support & Growth
- •Be able to understand and interpret data and draw actionable insights
- •Ability to coordinate and execute multiple cross-functional projects at the same time
- •Be a local expert in user behaviour and regulatory requirements
Nice to Have
- •Prior experience in a crypto exchange, FinTech or other start up in a regulated industry
- •Prior experience working in a multinational or matrix environment
- •Interest in crypto or trading
