Requirements
- •Completion of tertiary higher education such as Higher Diploma, Degree or higher
- •Two or more years’ experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or in a KYB work domain
- •Team player who can work well within the function to deliver quality service
- •Excellent communication and writing skills
- •Attentive to details
- •Excellent command of spoken and written English
What You'll Do
- •Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases ensuring KYB principles are consistent with company policy and customer risk assessment
- •Review KYB documents obtained from customers using validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation
- •Request appropriate CDD/EDD documentation from customers to ensure AML onboarding process is complete in line with AML policies and procedures
- •Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests ensuring communication is issued within relevant SLAs
- •Investigate possible matches generated by scanning application screening customers against sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media news and ensure appropriate action is taken
- •Provide information to management regarding AML/CDD issues arising
- •Maintain delivery of high quality service level to customers and other departments ensuring all queries are dealt with professionally and escalate where appropriate
- •Support enhancement of CDD function and maintain procedures
- •Manage specific projects as they arise
