Requirements

•5+ years hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
•Deep hands-on expertise with Braze including API usage, Liquid logic, webhook setups, custom events/attributes
•Comfortable performing technical audits and working with client product/data teams
•Strong data literacy with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau
•Proven experience owning senior-level client relationships independently
•Deep understanding of retention/engagement mechanics for large consumer/subscription products
•Proficient with HTML for messaging templates and troubleshooting
•Excellent client communication skills and confidence leading workshops and meetings
•Fluent in English (verbal and written)
•Available to start mid-November to early December for a fixed-term engagement of 5-6 months

•Own day-to-day client relationship as senior point of contact
•Lead CRM technical architecture and audits
•Maximize Braze capabilities including personalization and automation
•Manage lifecycle campaign execution across multiple channels
•Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, retention, martech, and CRM ops teams
•Ensure data integrity and perform technical troubleshooting
•Drive experimentation with A/B and multivariate tests
•Analyze and report on performance using analytics tools
•Coach and mentor freelance or junior support resources

•Prior experience with entertainment/streaming or subscription-based media clients
•Familiarity with multi-market/multi-region CRM programs (EMEA + APAC)
•Experience with experimentation design and testing platforms
•Experience working in agile squads or cross-functional pods
•Experience with ASO and performance marketing
