Requirements
- •4+ years in performance marketing with deep, hands-on Meta expertise
- •Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets against LTV:CAC targets
- •Proven track record of partnering closely with creative teams and generating hypotheses from data
- •Strong analytical skills with comfort in attribution, incrementality, and unit economics
- •High agency and ownership to drive ambiguous problems to outcomes
- •Collaborative and team-first operator with good communication and feedback skills
- •AI-native way of working, building tools and automating workflows
What You'll Do
- •Own and scale Meta paid channel with a 7-figure monthly budget, hitting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets
- •Drive the creative feedback loop end-to-end by mining Meta performance data and generating creative hypotheses
- •Build and run a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and micro-personas
- •Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering on attribution and measurement
- •Work AI-native by building tooling and automations to make user acquisition faster and more autonomous

- •Experience marketing to SMBs or in PLG/SaaS environments such as Canva, Shopify, Wix, Vista
