Requirements

•Five+ years as a Product Manager with multiple product launches and ability to defend the user problem, personal ownership, and measured outcome
•Experience building B2B SaaS for self-serve customers with knowledge of self-serve growth, retention, and pricing
•Daily use of AI tools like Claude for prototyping, testing with users, or automating tasks
•Demonstrable product taste with ability to explain product decisions including past ones
•Ability to create clarity from ambiguity by structuring fuzzy problems and taking action
•Data fluency to pull, interpret, and challenge data and form a point of view
•Ability to thrive in small teams with high autonomy and operate in a fully remote, async-first environment

•Own a real slice of the self-serve product from idea to shipped feature and build and execute the roadmap that solves problems for users
•Define the problem before the solution by sharpening the user problem and partnering with design and engineering to ship work that feels effortless
•Turn AI capabilities into products people want by working with researchers and engineers to convert new model capabilities into shipped features that move usage and revenue
•Stay close to the user by talking to e-commerce sellers every week and feeding what you hear directly into roadmap decisions
•Use data to decide by pulling and interpreting data yourself, forming hypotheses, measuring what shipped, and deciding what's next

•Experience building creative tools or products where craft and visual quality matter
•Understanding of photography or videography
•Entrepreneurial experience such as having started, built, or run something
