Requirements
- •5+ years of recruiting experience with end-to-end ownership of searches
- •Experience recruiting across multiple functions rather than a single vertical
- •Ability to quickly learn about new functions through research and hiring manager conversations
- •Strong track record in proactive sourcing and pipeline building
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- •Hands-on experience with tools and automation in recruiting processes
- •Based in or around Paris and able to collaborate on-site regularly
What You'll Do
- •Own the full recruitment cycle from kickoff and sourcing through to screening and offer
- •Run searches across various business functions including GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering
- •Source actively for most roles focusing on quality and personalized outreach
- •Partner closely with hiring managers to refine role scoping and guide selection and offer decisions
- •Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and build tooling and automations to improve hiring processes
Nice to Have
- •Experience with ATS (Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools such as Claude
