Requirements
- •LLB / LLM (or equivalent)
- •3+ years PQE including 2+ years in iGaming
- •Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks and deliver practical, business-centric solutions
- •Excellence in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication
- •Meticulous, proactive, and results-driven with strong organisational skills and ethical standards
What You'll Do
- •Spearhead jurisdictional due diligence programs across licensed markets ensuring regulatory alignment and risk mitigation
- •Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements securing optimal terms and safeguarding legal position
- •Architect and maintain corporate-governance frameworks advising leadership on strategic risk and policy optimisation
- •Partner with Compliance, Product, and Business verticals to align legal insights with commercial objectives and product roadmaps
- •Monitor and interpret evolving regulation, trends, and best practice translating insights into actionable guidance for executive team
- •Provide ad-hoc counsel on emerging matters to enable rapid, compliant decision-making
