Requirements
- •3+ years in engineering delivery, software delivery leadership, or similar role owning outcomes
- •Ability to catch problems early by recognizing signals
- •Experience working across engineering, product, and QA to keep teams aligned
- •Strong communication skills to provide clear and honest delivery updates to executives
- •Focus on quality beyond closing tickets including release readiness, testing coverage, and operational risk
- •Genuine interest in the product being delivered
What You'll Do
- •Own delivery for a specific area such as games, features, or platform work from requirement to production
- •Ensure engineering teams have a clear path to delivery and remove blockers
- •Set timelines, track progress, and communicate changes proactively
- •Identify and fix workflow problems, design and improve delivery processes
- •Own release readiness including testing, documentation, and operational risk
- •Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams
- •Report directly to the VP of Delivery
- •Understand delivery workflows and map blockers
- •Take ownership of delivery tracking
- •Catch blockers before they cause delays
- •Communicate trusted delivery forecasts
- •Ship releases with no last-minute surprises and ensure quality gates are passed
Nice to Have
- •Background in iGaming, gaming, or regulated product environment
- •Experience in B2B or multi-operator delivery models
- •Familiarity with incident management and post-mortems
- •Experience working with external studios or third-party development partners
- •Knowledge of OKR-based planning and its connection to delivery cadence
- •Experience configuring Jira or similar tooling
