Requirements
- •3+ years writing production code
- •Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills
- •Experience building certified products in iGaming, lottery, or similar regulated industries
- •Experience automating manual, high-stakes processes into engineered pipelines
- •Ability to read data and write SQL queries
- •Composure and professionalism in front of auditors and certification labs
- •Ability to precisely answer auditor questions with requested evidence
- •Clear and permanent writing skills for compliance documentation
- •Ability to say no and enforce compliance gates calmly and specifically
- •Precise and detail-oriented temperament
What You'll Do
- •Build and continuously evolve a secure compliance pipeline for faster and safer shipping of games and platform changes
- •Defend shipped products in front of auditors, certification labs, and regulators by providing requested evidence
- •Own the technical side of game certification including producing evidence like hashes, PAR sheets, configuration snapshots, and version manifests
- •Confirm closure of deficiencies before games pass pre-release gate
- •Automate controls, tighten audit trails, and shorten the path from ready to ship to ready for auditor review
- •Answer technical questions from labs and auditors independently
- •Run certification submissions including evidence pack preparation, lab correspondence, deficiency tracking, and certificate acquisition
- •Sign off compliance evidence at certification and pre-release gates
- •Present plans for ISO evidence hygiene and SOC 2 control gaps
Nice to Have
- •Direct dealings with certification labs or gaming regulators
- •Hands-on evidence work for ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent information-security audits
- •Understanding of RNG, RTP mathematics, and statistical certification evidence
- •Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction licensing (UKGC, MGA, regulated EU and LatAm markets)
- •Experience with observability and alerting tooling like Datadog and building automation on top of it
- •Experience with change-management controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties models
- •Incident response experience with regulatory or audit dimensions
