Requirements
- •Experience in B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of building applications and technology that delight and engage customers and foster growth
- •4+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations
- •Proven experience building, growing, retaining and inspiring a world-class team of customer-focused technologists
- •Engineering and leadership expertise in the areas of tooling, specifications, product maintenance, and software products
- •Exposure to building large-scale technology and applications that are reliable, scalable, secure, and highly performant using industry best practices
- •Strong engineer with excellent customer and product focus
- •Experience working with Cloud platforms e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure
- •Experience working with and an advocate for A.I. tools (Claude code, Cursor, WindSurf etc.)
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and project status clearly, concisely, and accurately to a broad audience
What You'll Do
- •Build, develop, and manage a world-class engineering team, inspiring them by effectively communicating and engaging the team members in the company strategy
- •Execute on product strategy to deliver high quality products
- •Help develop standards and procedures to ensure quality expectations are met and maintained
- •Partner with other leaders across the company to translate technology capabilities into strategic business decisions and product opportunities
- •Help drive accountability and metrics ownership to translate strategy into results
- •Analyse product data and work across teams to identify customer needs and product opportunities
- •Understand and collaborate with the product team on product lifecycle from concept to execution
- •Work with customers directly to solve issues and bring forward product ideas to the greater team
