Requirements
- •6+ years of experience as a software engineer

What You'll Do
- •Design, build, ship and support end to end features and products
- •Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team by hiring, supporting, coaching the team
- •Work cross functionally with product, design and support teams to set direction and plan long term
- •Work with team on iterative execution of the roadmap and build efficient processes
- •Coach and mentor engineers for professional development
- •Improve organization and create a strong sense of ownership, belonging and inclusivity
- •Perform code reviews and bug investigation when needed
- •Write SQL queries to analyze data and find inconsistencies
- •Ensure team produces value and quality software through iterative development
- •Improve product quality to meet requirements, customer needs, and SLAs
- •Provide technical leadership and guide engineers in technical decisions
- •Work with engineers at different levels and coach career development
