Requirements
- •3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts
- •Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups
- •Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar)
- •Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments
- •Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes
- •Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken)
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
What You'll Do
- •Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout
- •Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities
- •Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity
- •Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment
- •Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process
- •Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions
- •Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth
- •Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum

- •Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement
- •Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly
- •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
