Requirements
- •Experience as the final quality owner for a product's UI/UX with sign-off responsibility
- •Hands-on production experience with AI design and code tools including advanced prompting
- •Portfolio of shipped, live consumer web products with visible craft in details
- •Proficiency in React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript to implement and refine designs in production code
- •Experience building or maintaining a design system
- •Experience guiding other developers' UI/UX work and driving it to shipped quality
What You'll Do
- •Own the UI/UX quality of the entire product and define the quality standard
- •Supervise team members' UI/UX work including setting direction, reviewing output, advising on solutions, and driving tasks to completion
- •Design and deliver major visual features end to end from brief to final polish
- •Own the design system and its documentation to ensure visual and behavioral consistency
- •Work AI-first using a disciplined AI workflow from generation to production quality and maintain the team's shared prompting assets
