Requirements
- •6+ years in performance marketing producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products
- •Proven track record of high-spend winning ads meeting CPA and ROI targets
- •Hands-on experience creating ad concepts and creatives
- •Experience leading and developing a cross-functional creative team
- •Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin ad policies and account health
- •Ability to read creative-level data independently and build testing frameworks
- •Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows to increase creative production speed
- •Systematic operator who builds repeatable processes
- •Fully accountable for performance outcomes and comfortable killing concepts including own
- •High quality bar for work going live
- •Strong management instincts and clear communication in remote environment
What You'll Do
- •Own and scale ad creative for a core D2C subscription product
- •Lead a team of around 10 people including creative producers and designers
- •Own the creative strategy and quality of every ad that goes live
- •Create ad concepts alongside the team
- •Analyze ad performance data and give clear direction on production
- •Support User Acquisition in growing the brand across major ad networks
- •Ensure all ads meet quality standards and comply with ad policies
- •Build systems to keep production fast and efficient
- •Report to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead
- •Lead and develop producers and design team
- •Implement processes and systems to speed up creative production
- •Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards
- •Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit
