Requirements
- •4+ years of proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment
- •3+ years of experience in the online casino / iGaming space
- •Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests for web-based funnels
- •Experience leading growth initiatives focused on improving CR, LTV, and other performance metrics
- •Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and data science
- •Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and meet strict quarterly KPIs
- •Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
- •Experience building and executing strategic roadmaps for growth testing
What You'll Do
- •Define and implement hypotheses to improve conversion rate (CR) to purchase and lifetime value (LTV) within the web funnel
- •Analyze data on competitive environment and user behavior to propose strategies for customer acquisition efficiency and CPA improvement
- •Run a robust testing roadmap to drive continuous improvement in the web funnel and meet quarterly KPIs
- •Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to execute optimization strategies
- •Lead the entire growth process from hypothesis creation to implementation and evaluation
- •Work closely with User Acquisition team to optimize the full user flow from interaction to payment
- •Understand user pain points and behaviors to determine effective product selling strategies
