Requirements
- •3+ years running A/B tests on a D2C subscription or consumer web product with attributable results
- •Hands-on proficiency in Mixpanel or equivalent for building funnels, segmenting, and reading cohort behaviour
- •Working knowledge of statistics including significance, power, sample size, and common pitfalls
- •Experience with feature-flag or A/B testing platforms such as GrowthBook or Statsig
- •Ability to write and critique conversion copy and page layouts grounded in behavioural psychology
- •Active daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work
What You'll Do
- •Own the A/B test backlog from hypothesis to launch, prioritising ideas by expected impact, confidence, and effort
- •Analyse the funnel in Mixpanel to find drop-offs, friction points, and segment-specific opportunities and turn them into testable hypotheses
- •Read test results with statistical rigour, separate winners from trends and noise, and prepare clear verdicts for sign-off
- •Write test specifications and variant briefs for developers and perform QA before and after launch
- •Produce conversion-oriented copy and layout variants within compliance constraints
- •Document every test in Notion with hypothesis, setup, result, and learning, and contribute to experimentation reporting for leadership
- •Mentor a junior CRO specialist on test design, analysis, and documentation standards
