Requirements
- •Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written
- •Experience in a fast paced customer facing role, i.e. call centres, fundraising, recruitment or door-to-door sales is highly valued (preferred but not essential)
- •Recent graduate with strong communication skills looking to start a career in sales
- •Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and activity targets
- •Highly organised with strong attention to detail
What You'll Do
- •Leverage Sama’s AI tool to tailor outreach
- •Building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- •Engaging prospective customers and uncovering business challenges and opportunities
- •Maintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM
- •Collaborating closely with team members to optimise outreach strategies and messaging
- •Continuously testing and refining prospecting approaches to improve conversion rates
- •Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets
