Requirements
- •Expertise in Go or Domain-Driven Design
- •Ability to deliver clear and concise explanations in spoken English
- •Expert spoken and written English with clear accent
- •Ability to build rapport and create a safe learning environment
- •Comfortable with live debugging and identifying code issues quickly
- •Extensive real-world industry experience in software engineering
- •Experience teaching or mentoring software engineers, especially senior ones
What You'll Do
- •Lead targeted micro-workshops for small groups of software engineers
- •Teach senior and junior engineers
- •Answer questions related to software engineering topics
- •Live-debug code during sessions
- •Explain advanced software engineering concepts clearly and succinctly
- •Provide nuanced answers and relevant examples from experience
Nice to Have
- •Expertise in multiple technologies such as React, Kotlin, Java, AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL
- •Experience with Test-Driven Development
- •Knowledge of REST API Design
- •Leadership, Communication and Management experience in software teams
- •Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks
