Requirements
- •3+ years of paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment
- •Proven track record of scaling brands through Meta and TikTok advertising
- •Deep understanding of paid social strategy, customer acquisition, creative testing methodologies, and full-funnel growth planning
- •Strong commercial acumen connecting marketing performance to business objectives
- •Experience developing account strategies to improve customer acquisition efficiency and drive growth
- •Advanced analytical skills using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, Meta, and TikTok reporting tools
- •Excellent client-facing communication skills
- •Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
- •Strong project management and organizational skills
- •Proactive and commercially minded

What You'll Do
- •Drive profitable growth across a portfolio of DTC brands through strategic paid social leadership
- •Manage client relationships and mentor Paid Social Managers
- •Own strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC eCommerce brands
- •Work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve account performance
- •Mentor Paid Social Managers and Media Buyers to raise execution standards
- •Diagnose performance challenges and present solutions
- •Identify growth opportunities, remove performance bottlenecks, and ensure strategy translates into measurable commercial outcomes
- •Lead account planning and develop testing roadmaps
- •Analyze performance data and monitor key growth metrics
- •Partner with Creative Strategists to align creative output with account objectives
- •Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, analysis, and strategic thinking
- •Act as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for assigned clients
- •Lead performance reviews, planning sessions, and strategy discussions
- •Drive client retention by delivering exceptional service
