Requirements
- •Experience running Meta Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands
- •Experience leading budgets of $250k+/month
- •Understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce
- •Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs
What You'll Do
- •Own the day-to-day performance of ad accounts within your POD, predominantly on Meta (with some TikTok depending on client mix)
- •Audit ad accounts and use account/Triple Whale data to inform ongoing strategy and optimisations
- •Partner with the Growth Strategist to translate high-level paid social strategy into concrete account actions
- •Effectively test and scale creative, both internally and externally produced
- •Understand each client's targets and provide clear, proactive updates including pacing updates against monthly goals with commentary
- •Report to the Growth Strategist on key learnings, bottlenecks, and recommended future direction for each account
- •Ensure every action taken in an account is grounded in the objectives and KPIs set by the Growth Strategist
- •Maintain thorough ad account hygiene through clear structure and naming conventions
