Requirements
- •5+ years in e-commerce growth including at least 2 years hands-on in TikTok Shop
- •Experience building or scaling a commerce team with role design and hiring leaders
- •Track record of affiliate-led shop growth including creator programmes and GMV Max scaling
- •Agency or client-facing commercial experience including fee management with senior stakeholders
- •Strong analytical skills with Seller Centre, Affiliate Centre, Kalodata and Fastmoss
- •Working knowledge of TikTok LIVE commerce
- •Experience leading remote or offshore team members is a plus
- •Commercial fluency and ability to read economics of service or brand
- •Evidence-led approach to results and reporting
- •Ability to build talent and develop teams
- •Credibility with founders, CMOs and remote team members
- •Opinionated about TikTok Shop direction and able to bring insights to client conversations
What You'll Do
- •Lead and build the UK's leading TikTok Shop department
- •Own TikTok Shop P&L including revenue, margin and EBITDA contribution
- •Lead senior commercial conversations and manage client relationships
- •Set vision and target structure for the department and build the business case
- •Coach and develop the team, define levels, roles and progression paths
- •Build client experience covering onboarding, strategy sign-off, reporting and QBRs
- •Own and evolve growth methodology for TikTok Shop
- •Manage day-to-day relationship with TikTok's partner and category teams
- •Build operational frameworks including capacity planning, scoping, SOPs, AI workflows and commercial reviews
