Requirements
- •4+ years of experience as a graphic designer in ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments
- •Exceptional design quality and craft demonstrated in portfolio
- •Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- •Experience with Figma, After Effects, or other motion tools is a plus
- •Hands-on experience using AI tools within design workflow (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney, ChatGPT)
- •Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and paid social creative best practices
- •Ability to create designs that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue
- •Advanced knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, photo retouching, and brand systems
- •Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing methodologies
- •Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently or in a team
- •Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
What You'll Do
- •Design and optimise high-performing static and visual creatives for ecommerce brands
- •Create static ads, carousels, product imagery, landing page visuals, and light motion graphics
- •Optimise designs for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
- •Integrate AI tools into design workflow for ideation, image generation, retouching, and producing creative variations
- •Produce multiple creative variations for testing and iterate based on performance data
- •Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, video editors, and content creators
- •Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
