Requirements
- •Effective communication styles and methods to interact with used car dealers, brokers and third parties
- •Ability to work independently, setting own priorities and taking a lead role

- •Communicate verbal and written information clearly, fairly, and not misleading
- •Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment and prioritize tasks
- •Excellent organisational and time management skills
- •Ability to research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level

- •Ability to present to motor dealers and brokers of all sizes and types
What You'll Do
- •Create and maintain relationships with used car dealers and brokers
- •Attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms
- •Ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies
- •Create new used car dealer/broker relationships within geographical area
- •Manage existing used car dealers and brokers to meet sales and efficiency targets
- •Offer excellent customer service
- •Be an active team player
- •Achieve business targets and personal objectives
- •Attend 121’s and team meetings in office locations
Nice to Have
- •Previous experience of motor finance or associated businesses within the motor industry
- •Good understanding of the digital marketplace within the motor finance industry
- •Understanding of the regulatory environment within the motor industry
