Requirements
- •Have effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, brokers and third parties
- •Can work independently, setting your own priorities and taking a lead role
- •Are prepared to take accountability for your own performance
- •Can communicate verbal and written information to customers in a way which is clear, fair, and not misleading
- •Can work under pressure in a target driven environment, with the capacity to prioritise tasks
- •Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- •Can research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level
- •Have excellent interpersonal skills
- •Can work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment
- •Can have flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required to meet deadlines and deal with client queries
- •Can present to motor dealers and brokers of all size and types
What You'll Do
- •Creating new used car dealer/broker relationships within your geographical area
- •Managing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets
- •Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to used car dealers and brokers
- •Offering excellent customer service
- •Being an active team player
- •Achieving business targets and personal objectives
- •Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff)
Nice to Have
- •Previous experience of motor finance, or associated businesses within the motor industry
- •Have a good understanding of the digital marketplace that exists within the motor finance industry
- •An understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within the motor industry
