Requirements
- •3-5 years of shipped product work end to end.
- •Product management skills: discovery, prioritization, briefs, tickets, and delivery collaboration.
- •Real experience designing with or for AI and daily use of AI tools.
- •E-commerce experience including checkout, conversion, payments, and merchant/buyer sides of selling online.
What You'll Do
- •Talk to customers, analyze usage data, and size opportunities to decide what to build.
- •Write briefs including problem, audience, success metrics, scope, and exclusions.
- •Own prioritization and make tradeoffs.
- •Create flows, interactions, and visuals including AI behavior design.
- •Build working prototypes with AI tools and test with real users.
- •Write clear, build-ready tickets with acceptance criteria for engineers.
- •Work with engineering through delivery, make scope calls, and review results.
- •Track outcomes after launch and decide on iterations.
- •Define quality standards for AI output.
- •Maintain consistent design language across the product ecosystem.
Nice to Have
- •Experience with SaaS, marketing tools, or creator-economy products.
- •Front-end skills sufficient to build functional prototypes in code.
- •Experience building marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
