Requirements
- •Proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products focused on retention
- •Experience working alongside performance marketing
- •Track record of shipping features that measurably improved activation, engagement, or retention
- •People leadership experience managing product managers
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Comfortable using AI tools to prototype ideas independently
- •Experience in scale-up or startup environments with a focus on speed, experimentation, and metrics
What You'll Do
- •Own the onboarding and activation experience across multiple apps relaunching on a new shared tech stack
- •Define and build shared reusable capabilities like welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization
- •Design and run experiments focused on activation and reactivation
- •Reimagine content discovery with modular, quick-access experiences
- •Manage and mentor a small product team
- •Build working prototypes, AI-assisted where helpful
