Requirements
- •Spanish lawyer, admitted to the bar in Spain
- •Experience and expertise in Spanish employment law
- •2-4 years of qualified experience
- •Experience working in a law firm or legal department of a company/startup
- •Spanish mother tongue
- •Fluent in business and legal English, both written and spoken
- •Sharp lawyer and business person, focused on practical solutions
What You'll Do
- •Resolve employment law matters of all sorts in different countries
- •Support internal units and departments where their knowledge ends
- •Help the organization grow and build new business around the Globe
- •Ensure compliance with local laws
Nice to Have
- •Knowledge of employment law in other jurisdictions, e.g. Portugal
- •Knowledge of data protection law / GDPR
- •Experience in drafting and negotiating Sales contracts
- •Additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Italian, German
