Requirements
- •At least 1 year of closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS with a track record of hitting or beating quota
- •Run sharp discovery and qualify deals using methodologies such as MEDDICC
- •Comfortable with outbound sales including cold calls
- •Proficient with AI tools and CRM systems like HubSpot
- •Coachable and open to feedback
- •Native Swiss German and business-fluent English or fluent in both German and French
What You'll Do
- •Own the full sales cycle for Swiss accounts from first conversation to onboarded talent
- •Ask detailed questions to uncover hiring needs and compliance risks
- •Equip HR champions with arguments for Finance, Legal, and leadership
- •Create urgency, negotiate confidently, and keep deals moving
- •Build pipeline by collaborating with BDRs to pursue biggest opportunities
Nice to Have
- •Existing network among HR leaders or founders in Switzerland
- •Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR or compliance-heavy solutions
- •French language skills to open doors in Romandy
- •Creativity in reaching hiring managers directly
