Requirements
- •3+ years experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist covering technical and business roles within EMEA
- •Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
- •Practical understanding of Workable ATS and Google Workspace
- •Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude)
- •High stakeholder management and influence skills
- •Top-tier written and verbal communication skills
- •Meticulous attention to detail in candidate communication and compliance
- •Fluent English (written and spoken)
What You'll Do
- •Drive full-cycle recruiting across EMEA for technical and business roles
- •Support design and execution of pre-boarding and onboarding processes
- •Source passive talent using creative strategies and AI tools
- •Elevate candidate experience with a fast and transparent interview process
- •Partner with leadership on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines
- •Optimize talent acquisition operations using data to improve metrics
- •Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring frameworks
Nice to Have
- •Experience recruiting in HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record sectors
- •Knowledge of EMEA labor market dynamics and compensation standards
- •Experience designing employer branding campaigns or hosting virtual recruitment events
