Requirements
- •3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment experience in technical and non-technical roles within EMEA
- •Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
- •Practical understanding of ATS platforms, ideally Workable
- •Experience collaborating through Google Workspace
- •Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude)
- •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Meticulous attention to detail
- •Fluent English (written and spoken)
What You'll Do
- •Drive full-cycle recruitment across EMEA for technical and non-technical roles
- •Source exceptional talent using creative strategies and AI-powered tools
- •Elevate candidate experience with a fast, transparent, and engaging recruitment process
- •Partner with hiring managers advising on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends
- •Manage recruitment priorities and maintain momentum across hiring processes
- •Optimize talent acquisition using recruitment data and conversion metrics
- •Champion diversity and inclusion in sourcing and evaluation
Nice to Have
- •Experience recruiting within HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors
- •Good knowledge of international labour market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences
