Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Develop and expand the regular customer base through proactive customer acquisition and inbound leads
- •Achieve established sales plans and KPIs
- •Handle incoming requests promptly and with high quality
- •Maintain effective communication with customers via calls, emails, online meetings, and messengers
- •Ensure accurate and high-quality maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce)
- •Assist customers in using their personal accounts, submitting requests, and placing orders
- •Monitor and control payments
