Requirements
- •Higher technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment involving complex products, parts, or components
- •Understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, part specifications, and component complexity
- •Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, sourcing teams, engineering teams, or technical procurement is preferred
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to discuss technical requirements with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders
- •B1-B2 level English proficiency
- •Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges
- •Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, sourcing, sales, and operations teams
- •Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
What You'll Do
- •Assess the technical complexity of parts and components to support accurate sourcing and manufacturing evaluations
- •Review technical requirements, drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to identify key manufacturing considerations
- •Support the sourcing team in identifying suitable manufacturing capabilities and providers for complex parts and projects
- •Assign and maintain appropriate technical tags to ensure accurate categorization of parts and manufacturing requirements
- •Review technical content within quotations for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements
- •Identify potential technical issues or gaps and work with relevant teams to resolve them
- •Support complex projects and critical deals by providing technical input and manufacturing expertise
- •Participate in meetings with clients and manufacturing providers to clarify technical requirements and resolve technical challenges
- •Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Help ensure alignment between customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and sourcing solutions
- •Work closely with engineering, sourcing, sales, and other internal teams to support successful project execution
- •Share technical knowledge and best practices with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes
- •Support junior team members by providing technical guidance and knowledge when needed
