Requirements
- •Ability to turn UI frames or brand briefs into compelling stories
- •Think in systems and build reusable motion design components
- •Strong understanding of brand and UI motion including timing, easing, and personality
- •Strong sense of sound and rhythm and how it integrates with motion
- •Understanding of narrative structure in motion design
- •Proactive communication and management of creative insight with stakeholders

What You'll Do
- •Design and produce motion across product explainers, website animations, paid social video snippets, keynote and event motion, and campaign assets
- •Draft simple storyboards for straightforward projects
- •Work directly from UI frames to build polished product demo animations and feature explainers
- •Build Zapier's motion design language with branded motion patterns
- •Create motion guidelines, component libraries, and mogrts files for partners and social teams
- •Explore tools like Jitter and Figma Motion to enable partners to generate on-brand animated assets independently
- •Produce short video snippets for paid social testing
- •Support and scale recurring product video formats
